H. Carroll & DeEtta Snyder 65th Anniversary

Haddock Carroll and DeEtta (Lafferty) Snyder of Independence celebrated their 65th Anniversary this month with a trip to Eureka Springs. In the midst of war, they found an enduring love. Their four children are H.C. (Sherrlene) of Port Huron Mi.; Sherry L., Karen (Fred) Williams, and Toni of Independence. Their greatest joys are granddaughter Alan Williams (Keith Clevenger) and great-granddaughter Eden Clevenger.

Carroll is a retired Air Force Staff Sergeant who had a second career with TWA. DeEtta spent many years as a Secretary with Hesse Carriage and then Mid-west Sales. They were active in Community Theatre and are active in their church, the Hill Cumorah Restoration Branch.
