Summers to celebrate 55th Wedding Anniversary

William H. and Edith A. Summers will celebrate their 55th Wedding Anniversary. The couple was married September 25, 1954 in Mission Kansas. Bill worked for Burllington Northern Railroad for 38 years. Edith worked for Nelly Don Garment Company for 26 years. They have lived in Independence for 52 years, and have belonged to Fairmont Christian Church for 42 years.
