Mr. and Mrs. William Baczkowski of Wilmington are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Meghan Ann, to Brian Lawrence Pixley, the son of Penn and Barbara Pixley of Hackettstown, New Jersey.
Meghan and Brian were united in marriage on September 19, 2009 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Wilmington. The reception followed at the Brandywine Country Club.
The maid of honor was Kelly Davies, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Pixley, sister of the groom; Meredith Davies, cousin of the bride; Cynthia Queen, Gretchen Dowalgo and Kristin Dugan. The flower girl was Katherine Davies, cousin of the bride.
The best man was Mehmet Barzev, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Andrew Baczkowski, James Baczkowski, brothers of the bride; Michael MacArt, Thomas Miller and Robert DiGregorio.
Meghan is a graduate of Wilmington Friends School and East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. She is employed as an On-Site Coordinator for Yoh Managed Staffing at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. Brian is a graduate of Warren Hills Regional High School in Washington, New Jersey and East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. He is employed by the Delaware State Police.
The couple honeymooned in Riviera Maya, Mexico and currently resides in Wilmington.
