Leola Delores Hanagan, 86, of Swink passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at the Arkansas Valley Regional Nursing Care Center in La Junta, Colorado. At her request cremation has taken place and no services at this time. Inurnment will take place at the Oakdale Memorial Gardens in Davenport, IA.
Mrs. Hanagan was born on December 12, 1923 in Manzanola, Colorado to James & Lola (Scarbrough) Purdy.
Leola graduated from Swink High School. She enjoyed and participated in many of the activites of the La Junta Does Drove and the VFW, Post # 1172.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James & Lola Purdy; brother, Melvin Purdy; husband, LeRay Harmon and Charles B. Hanagan.
