Engagement: Baczkowski and Pixley

Mr. and Mrs. William R. Baczkowski of Wilmington are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Meghan Ann, to Brian Lawrence Pixley son of Penn and Barbara Pixley of Hackettstown, New Jersey.

The couple became engaged on July 29, 2008 while vacationing in Avalon, New Jersey. Meghan and Brian met while attending East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2004.

Meghan is a graduate of Wilmington Friends School and earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management and Psychology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. She works for Yoh Managed Staffing as an On Site Coordinator at AstraZeneca in Wilmington.

Brian is a graduate of Warren Hills Regional High School in Washington, New Jersey and earned his bachelor's degree in Business Management and Criminal Justice from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. He works for the Delaware State Police and is currently training at the Delaware State Police Training Academy in Dover.

A September 19, 2009 wedding is planned.
