Nicole Marie Biondo and Carl Wesley Fillingame were married on May 9, 2009 at a ceremony and reception at Longview Mansion in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The Reverend Robert C. Elliott officiated the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Rachelle Biondo of Independence, Missouri. The groom is the son of Glen and Diane Fillingame of Sterlington, Louisiana.

The bride was attended by Terra Snyder as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Cassandra Musick, Nina LaFavor, Marissa Rainey and Mandy Fillingame. Brooke Sellers was a junior bridesmaid and Brianna Biondo was the flower girl.

The best man was Michael "Fuzz" Jones, with Tyler Powell, Justin Hodge and Brent Baker, groomsman. Blake Sellers was a junior groomsmen and Weston Jones was the ring bearer.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Truman High School, a 2005 graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia and a 2007 graduate of the University of Arkansas. She is employed by the Lee's Summit School District as an athletic trainer for Lee's Summit North High School.

The groom is a 2001 graduate of Sterlington High School, a 2005 graduate of Louisiana Tech University and a 2007 graduate of the University of Arkansas. He is employed by Centerpoint Medical Center as an athletic trainer for William Chrisman High School.

After a honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, Mr. and Mrs. Fillingame are at home in Blue Springs, Missouri.
